My First Fillers Experience with Alluring Image Medical Spa
Living in the Delray Beach area for the past few years (I moved here from New York City maybe 4/5 years back) has been quite an experience! One of the major reasons I left New York was because of an opportunity with work, but as soon as I got to Florida, I absolutely fell in love and truly don’t think I could go back to living in NYC, and dealing with all the issues back home. From the weather, the almost constant sun, warm temperatures, and most of all, the people – Florida has truly been a wonderful experience. One of the first things I noticed about being down in Florida was how beautiful everyone looks, and how some people just simply don’t seem to age! Its like they found the fountain of youth down here and just didn’t tell anybody; keeping it all to themselves! And of course I knew it was probably some form of cosmetic surgery most people had done, and never really could see myself going under the knife for anything like that – at least not at this point in my life. While it was fine at first, and I didn’t really think too much about it – over the past year or two, as I find myself aging, and all my new friends in Delray, looking the same, we started having conversations about other procedures like Botox and Dermal fillers like Restylane or Juvederm. And while I’ve obviously heard of them before, and knew a decent number of people who have gotten them done back home I really hadn’t seen the results that I was seeing down here (back to the fountain of youth thing!). This is where my cosmetic treatment journey began with Alluring Image and it was one of the best decisions of my life so far!
I had asked a friend for some recommendations and honestly, the two practices she gave me just seemed way too busy and were quite pretentious over the phone. Not to mention, one of them had some really great deals from what I saw online, but once I read their reviews I saw a lot of clearly fake reviews, mixed in with tons of complaints about sanitary issues, and poor facilities. I was a bit shocked to get this as a recommendation to be honest, even though my friend’s face seemed okay (she was also still in her 20’s!, while I’m over 35 at this point!). I decided to do my own research and the first name I found online was Alluring Image, I liked the name, and their reviews were amazing. A full 5 star rating on Google, with hundreds of reviews, this was definitely the first place for my first cosmetic experience with injectables. I really didn’t know the first thing about what I needed I just know I had wrinkles and some other issues I really wasn’t happy with. I did some research and had asked friends, but I decided to trust their judgement. Upon walking in I was greeted in the sweetest way by Taylor, she asked if it was my first, and made sure to say you’re in good hands, which I can’t lie put me right at ease! I had heard about most practices in South Florida being constantly busy, and there were certainly a decent number of patients waiting in the waiting room and I was also 25 minutes early so I didn’t mind waiting. But ironically, I was called 5 minutes before my appointment time, with Taylor asking me if I was ready to see someone or I needed a few minutes. This was crazy to me, and has never happened to me ever before!
The waiting period was minimal and patients were all being seen, it was a huge surprise to me, and every one looked happy the whole time. One of the highlights of the location was the cool, sleek, modern look of the facility and the fact that everything looked pristine in there. I was impressed, and happy to be in such a professional facility after some of the things I had read online! Ironically, despite being way more professional and by far better than the other practices, the Alluring Image staff was the nicest and even had some of the best prices for service, which was another huge positive to the experience.
During my initial consultation, things were just as smooth! I was told some things about my face that I really didn’t know. Pointed out areas that I truly wasn’t happy with. I felt so comfortable after a few minutes, the person’s name was Amanda, and she was so sweet – again asking if this was my first time, and if I was nervous, not to worry because I would be totally fine! We decided to opt for a filler treatment known as Juvederm, I’m sure anyone reading this article, has heard of it before. She also recommended some Botox for my forehead, but I decided to hold off and stick with the fillers for my first time, again out of nervousness. The procedure was so smooth! Amanda, was so nice and caring, talking to me the whole time, keeping my attention locked on her, and even the injections barely hurt at all! Which I was very surprised about since I never did well with needles in the past. Amanda explained everything during the consult, from front to back, even started off with side effects and issues that could happen so I knew – which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with her treatment and the staff in general, I booked my Botox, and even another appointment I’d prefer not to mention right now, for a few weeks time. I highly recommend Alluring Image, honestly it was such a great experience and they really changed my opinion of aesthetics in general. My results were subtle but noticeable, and nothing looks out of the ordinary after a few weeks. Ive been getting complements, people asking me what my diet is like, or if I’ve been working out! SO HAPPY!
