I have to thank Mr. Syed for helping my family out during a very tough time for us! My family and I have had a nightmare dealing with our landlord for the past 5 years, ever since we moved into our new apartment in Queens. From the beginning there were issues with plumbing, and heating – nothing would ever work correctly and asking for simple fixes and repairs would take months on end to get done. It was always a problem, but something we just learned to live with. We dealt with the issues, and were overall pretty happy in our place for the past few years.
