The Fly opened in the winter of 2019 on Classon Avenue, around the corner from our first restaurant, Hart’s, and named after the most loved cocktail there, the Mosca de la Fruta. We’re a chicken bar serving free-range, organic, New York birds with wine from around the world, cocktails inspired by the classics and beer.
From April through October, we serve dinner outdoors on our patio. Because of the weather, these seats are always first come first serve for walk in only. We take reservations every night for parties of 8-20 people indoors year round and mostly save room for walk ins at our tables and bar.
