The uniqueness of the Bangkok street food cooking style is shown throughout the menu, especially in the Noodles and Rice section. Some dishes are medium spicy just like how it’s supposed to be.
The name “Ricepot” comes from the fundamental of Thai cooking; every house, every family in Thailand has a ricepot (rice cooker) even the new generation living away from home by themself would have a ricepot. It’s funny how the new generation that comes to Bangkok seeking greater career opportunities, most of them don’t even know how to cook, but all of them have a ricepot in their tiny apartment and know to cook rice. “Ricepot” represents the root of the way Thai people eat.
