It’s a question we’ve been asked countless times since conceiving the concept of Memphis Seoul for the New York City street-festival circuit in 2018. The answer is easy — we’re from the South, we love Korean cuisine and we wanted to do something different.

The happy result is what we like to call “uniquely familiar.” It’s like everything you’ve ever tasted before and nothing you’ve ever tasted before — all in the same bite. Traditional soul food is delicious in its own right, but you’ll quickly find when visiting us that the Korean and Asian ingredients just blast the flavor right into the stratosphere.

From our savory Bulgogi Meatloaf to our cheeky Ramen ’N’ Cheese to our fiery Prezz Lee’s Hot Chicken, these are flavors you can only find in one place: Memphis Seoul. And don’t just take our word for it — thousands of devoted superfans will happily do that work for us .
