Temaki, open-faced sushi hand rolls made from warm rice, crisp nori, and fresh seafood are the focus of Kamasu. Our richly flavored futomaki (large rolled sushi) feature crispy shrimp, soft tofu, fresh vegetables, and roasted mushrooms. Each of our rolls and hand rolls are accompanied by chef curated toppings to compliment the fish. Toppings such as sauteed mushrooms, pickled green apples, yellow peppers, toasted almonds, and uni. Enjoy homemade desserts including our famous black sesame ice cream sandwich and assorted mochi.
