Her mission began at Corthaiyou Thai restaurant in Kensington one year ago, where she executed and developed the menu and the successful opening of their restaurants. Chef Nit will now be implementing even more of her authentic grandma’s comfort home cooking and mom’s street foods fare with natural and organic ingredients for your healthy eating and enjoyment. Using natural, sustainable produce and proteins locally sourced (Harvest Valley Harvest farms, Ace Natural Farms).
