​The very popular state-of-the-art eco-friendly mobile kitchen is the first of it’s kind in the area; it’s equipped with a custom stainless steel restaurant grade equipment. Another unique feature is that it operates on solar power and compressed natural gas and is the equivalent of more than 200+ cars off the street in terms of harmful emissions. ​
