The Legend Behind Mole. Once upon a time, a humble nun had to prepare a meal for the Archbishop of Puebla, A special Guest such as yourself. She timidly set out her ingredients. Suddenly a magic wind blew through the window of her cocina, whipping the spices into her cooking pot, creating a miraculous taste. Her dinner was a triumph.
