Bricolage

0

Bricolage is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant offering traditional Vietnamese family & street food, and the French influence on Vietnamese cuisine.

Bricolage was designed by an international artist (Miro Gal). It is constructed as an art installation that pays tribute to influential artists of the past 60 years. The entire space was hand-built with recycled vintage materials only. The wood and metal used to build Bricolage were sourced from an abandoned old water tower in Brooklyn.

In French, bricolage means an assembly of objects that were once valued, used and then discarded. The bricoleur is an artist who collects and repurposes old objects in order to restore their cultural value.
