I have been burned in this category before, so I went in cautious. They talked me out of the more expensive option because I did not need it. That kind of honesty earns the fifth star on its own.

Quality of the work was excellent and the team were friendly the whole way through. Took about a week longer than the estimate, but they kept me updated instead of going quiet, so it never felt like a problem.
