Sobre Masa was founded with the purpose of promoting the land, farmers, and seeds of Mexico. As Mexican chefs in NYC, we encountered a problem: the lack of quality tortillas. In our quest to perfect the tortilla, we delved into the social and economic impact of heirloom corn. Sobre Masa was born from our desire to share the stories behind the diversity of Mexican corn and the dedication of those who grow it.
