They quoted the whole treatment plan up front with what insurance would and would not cover. No surprise invoices. Bar is on the floor, but they cleared it.

Careful with door-to-door driveway sealing this month
Two neighbors got the same pitch, same clipboard, same "we have leftover material from a job down the road". Both paid up front, neither got a finished job. Get a written quote or send them along.
